Agrotechnical features and application

The core value of 'Miledi' lies in its early maturity: the time to flowering is just 45–55 days. This makes the variety indispensable for rapid landscape renovation after the last spring frosts. Large flowers with a diameter of 8–12 cm form a dense “carpet” that covers the soil, effectively suppressing weeds.

• Border planting: Perfect for framing garden paths. Its short stature and resistance to lodging keep garden borders neat throughout the season.
• Container growing: Performs exceptionally well in balcony boxes and pots, as the root system is adapted to limited soil volumes.
• Phytosanitary role: Like all tagetes, 'Miledi' releases phytoncides that repel pests from neighboring vegetable beds, which is why farmers often plant them as a “living shield” around the perimeter of their gardens.
