Engine and Cooling Architecture

The Zirka SH is built around a heavy-duty diesel engine featuring a robust water-cooling system. Unlike air-cooled engines, this design ensures thermal stability during intensive field operations. The integrated radiator prevents overheating, allowing the machine to maintain consistent power output during long work cycles, which is essential for deep tilling and heavy-load tasks in high ambient temperatures.

Transmission and Torque Delivery

The core of the machine's performance is its gear-driven transmission. This system effectively translates the high torque generated by the diesel engine into controlled motion. The gearbox offers a versatile speed range (high/low ratios), allowing the operator to adjust traction based on soil density—from loose sandy loam to compacted clay. The cast-iron housing protects the internal gears while acting as a vibration damper to reduce operator fatigue.

Versatility through Power Take-Off (PTO)

The Zirka SH is engineered to serve as a mobile power hub. The belt-drive PTO system allows for seamless integration with active implements like rotary tillers, mowers, and water pumps. A key technical feature here is the slip-clutch safety mechanism provided by the belt drive: if an implement hits a solid object like a large rock, the belts slip, protecting the engine and transmission from shock-load damage.

Chassis and Control

The chassis is built for longevity, utilizing a reinforced frame that resists twisting when towing heavy trailers or pulling heavy-duty plows. The steering assembly is fully adjustable, allowing for precise control and height matching based on operator preference. The multi-plate dry clutch ensures smooth engagement, preventing jolting starts and prolonging the lifespan of both the transmission and the engine’s crankshaft.
