The 'Excellent' zucchini variety is a semi-vining plant with a compact bush, characterized by weak branching and short internodes. This very early hybrid of German breeding is distinguished by early fruit setting and a simultaneous harvest, making it particularly attractive for cultivation in moderate climates. The optimal temperature for plant growth and development is 18-25°C, requiring protection from frost.

The 'Excellent' zucchini fruits have a bullet-shaped, ribbed form and a light green or whitish-green color. They are of medium length with a small diameter, weighing from 0.4 to 2 kg, depending on the maturity stage. The fruit flesh is thick, tender, and juicy, possessing high taste qualities and valuable nutritional properties, making this variety especially suitable for dietary and baby food. The optimal fruit length in culinary maturity is 14-17 cm.

The variety yield reaches up to 100 centners per hectare, and the fruits have good storability and can be stored for several months. For successful cultivation, sowing seeds at a depth of 4-6 cm in well-organicized soil or growing via seedlings at soil temperatures not below 15°C is recommended. Plant care involves regular inter-row loosening, weeding, fertilizing, and watering with warm water, especially during flowering and fruiting.
