The Galaxy F1 hybrid zucchini variety is distinguished by its early maturation period — only 35–40 days from germination to the onset of fruiting. The plant is of bush type, robust, with dark green, deeply lobed leaves and a well-developed root system that is resistant to compacted and saline soils. Fruits are cylindrical, 15–23 cm long, 4–8 cm in diameter, weighing 300–600 g, light green or white-green in color with a glossy, shiny skin and ribbed surface. The flesh is white, tender, juicy, with a high sugar content of about 2.9%, possessing excellent taste qualities and good texture. Galaxy F1 is characterized by high yield — up to 10 kg per square meter, as well as good fruit transportability.

The variety is versatile in usage, suitable for canning, frying, stewing, and boiling. Due to partial parthenocarpy, the hybrid is capable of stably forming and filling fruits even in the absence of insect pollinators, which ensures a prolonged fruiting period of not less than two months. Galaxy F1 is resistant to a range of diseases, including Fusarium wilt, powdery mildew, and viral infections, and also withstands frost and stressful growing conditions well.

For successful cultivation of Galaxy zucchini, it is recommended to choose well-lit areas with fertile, loose soils. The culture is light-loving and heat-loving, requiring regular watering and fertilization, especially organic fertilizers are highly effective. Sowing seeds is carried out in April, and seedlings are transplanted into open ground at the end of May – beginning of June according to a 60×60 cm scheme, with preliminary sowing of 2–3 seeds per hole and subsequent removal of weak plants. Galaxy F1 is suitable for cultivation both in open ground and under temporary coverings, making it a versatile and reliable choice for gardeners.
