Kefren

Kefren Zucchini — a high-yielding early-maturing hybrid of dark green zucchini, suitable for cultivation in both open and protected ground. An open-type bush plant with very short internodes and few thorns, which facilitates care and harvest. A universal hybrid, suitable for fresh consumption, culinary processing, and storage in frozen form.

The fruits of Kefren zucchini are characterized by high uniformity and a rich dark green color with either pronounced or slight gloss. They have a cylindrical shape, with an average weight ranging from 350-400 grams to 500-800 grams, and a length up to 22 cm. The skin is thin but tough, the flesh is dense, white, and void-free, ensuring a tender texture and excellent taste. The fruits do not overgrow excessively, allowing for harvesting at optimal quality.

The hybrid is distinguished by high heat tolerance and resistance to major diseases, including viruses PRSV, WMV, ZYMV, and fungal diseases Px, ensuring a stable and high-quality yield throughout the season.
