MARIGOLD

MARIGOLD (MARIGOLD) F1 is an early, high-yielding bush zucchini hybrid, characterized by a compact and open plant type with short internodes. The vegetative period is 35-40 days from the appearance of mass seedlings. The plant is very productive, forming 4 to 7 fruits per bush, which requires daily harvest collection. With sufficient mineral and water nutrition, the hybrid can bear fruit until the onset of autumn frosts, ensuring a stable and prolonged harvest.

MARIGOLD fruits have a regular cylindrical shape, 18-20 cm in length and 4-5 cm in diameter, with an attractive golden-yellow color. The flesh is white, tender in texture, and has a very small seed cavity. A feature of the hybrid is the absence of skin toughening when fruits over-ripen, which allows them to maintain their marketable and taste qualities even when over-ripe. Zucchini slices are snow-white and maintain their bright color and taste during processing.

The hybrid is versatile in use: its fruits are suitable for fresh consumption as well as processing into pickles, baking, boiling, frying, and canning. Thanks to resistance to over-ripening and maintaining taste qualities during processing, MARIGOLD is an excellent choice for both the fresh market and industrial use. The recommended planting density is 8-10 thousand plants per hectare, which contributes to maximum yield and effective use of area.
