Description
The Balcanocerus ramallahicus is a species of leafhopper belonging to the order Hemiptera and the family Cicadellidae. As an agricultural pest, it impacts the vigor of host plants by feeding on plant sap, often causing localized and systemic damage within orchard ecosystems.
