Blepharidopterus is a genus of plant bugs belonging to the family Miridae within the order Hemiptera. These insects are widely recognized in agricultural entomology for their role in horticultural ecosystems. The primary hosts for these insects include a variety of deciduous trees and shrubs. Orchards planted with apple, pear, and plum trees are particularly susceptible to their activity.
