The Antler moth (Latin: Cerapteryx graminis) is a significant agricultural pest belonging to the order Lepidoptera and the family Noctuidae. It is widely recognized for its potential to cause widespread damage to permanent pastures, meadows, and cereal crops across temperate regions due to periodic mass outbreaks of larvae.
This pest primarily attacks various species of grasses. In an agricultural context, it poses a direct threat to cereal crops, including wheat, barley, and oats.
