The six-spotted leafhopper (Macrosteles divisus) is a significant agricultural pest belonging to the Cicadellidae family. This insect is highly polyphagous, meaning it feeds on a vast array of host plants. The primary victims of its feeding include cereal crops like wheat and barley, as well as various vegetables such as carrots, celery, lettuce, and potatoes.
