Mimallo

Mimallo is a genus of insects from the order Lepidoptera, belonging to the family Mimallonidae. These moths are primarily found in tropical and subtropical regions, where their larvae can cause significant damage to local flora. The taxonomy of this family is quite specific, placing them into a distinct group of moth-like insects with unique morphological characteristics.

The primary damage is caused by the larvae (caterpillars), which exhibit high trophic activity.
