Description

Biology and life cycle: The life cycle involves egg overwintering in crevices on the bark or near dormant buds. As soon as temperatures rise in the spring, the nymphs emerge and start feeding on the young tissues, developing into a succession of generations that rapidly infest the foliage during the early growing season.
