Nemosoma

Nemosoma is a genus of predatory beetles belonging to the family Cleridae (checkered beetles). Unlike many other insects associated with trees, Nemosoma is not considered a pest; rather, it is a highly specialized entomophagous species that feeds on bark beetles and other wood-boring insects found under the bark of coniferous trees.
