Sclerodermus pupariae is a species of parasitic wasp belonging to the family Bethylidae and the order Hymenoptera. This tiny insect is recognized primarily as an ectoparasitoid that targets the larvae of wood-boring insects, playing a complex role in the ecosystem of orchards and forests.

The insect typically infests a variety of woody plants, targeting host larvae that live within the bark or stems. Common hosts include various species of cerambycid beetles and buprestids.
