Weevil Synommatus interruptus

Synommatus interruptus is a beetle species belonging to the family Curculionidae, order Coleoptera. Known as a weevil, this insect is recognized in agronomy as a pest that interacts with various woody plants, often causing economic damage to commercial orchards and ornamental landscapes through its feeding habits.

This pest targets specific fruit-bearing crops and deciduous trees, primarily focusing on young shoots, buds, and fruit ovaries.
