Tetrastichus dryi is a species of hymenopteran parasitoid belonging to the family Eulophidae. It is recognized globally by agronomists as a highly specialized primary parasitoid that exerts significant pressure on populations of agricultural pests, specifically the African citrus psyllid.

The primary host for this species is the citrus psyllid (Trioza erytreae), which infests various citrus crops. By targeting the larval stages of the psyllid, this wasp provides essential ecosystem services in citrus orchards, preventing the development of severe foliage damage and the spread of citrus greening disease.

The life cycle of Tetrastichus dryi is strictly synchronized with the development of its host. The adult female wasp oviposits directly into the psyllid nymph. The developing wasp larva consumes the host from the inside, effectively terminating the psyllid's development before it can reach the adult reproductive stage.
