Trioxys sinensis is a parasitoid wasp belonging to the order Hymenoptera and the family Braconidae. In modern agronomy, it is categorized as a beneficial insect rather than a pest. It functions as a natural regulator of aphid populations, providing an effective biological control mechanism for various agricultural and horticultural crops across multiple climate zones.

This species primarily targets aphid colonies found on vegetables, greenhouse crops, and ornamental plants.
