Parker's Jasmine

Parker's Jasmine (lat. Chrysojasminum parkeri) is a dwarf evergreen shrub belonging to the Oleaceae family. Formerly classified within the Jasminum genus, this plant is now recognized under the Chrysojasminum genus. It is highly regarded by gardeners for its compact, mound-forming habit and vibrant yellow blooms.

Native to the Himalayan region, this plant typically inhabits rocky, mountainous slopes at high altitudes. This origin makes it well-suited for temperate gardens, provided it is grown in environments that mimic its natural habitat. It is a popular choice for rock gardens and small-scale landscape projects due to its manageable size.

Botanically, it features small, dark green pinnate leaves and slender, spreading stems.
