Carolina goldentop (Euthamia caroliniana) is a perennial herbaceous plant belonging to the Asteraceae family. Often confused with goldenrod due to their visual similarities, it is distinct in its botanical structure, characterized by narrower leaves and a more delicate, airy appearance during its blooming phase in late summer.
This species is native to North America, primarily found in the eastern and central regions. It naturally thrives in moist habitats such as coastal plains, swamp edges, and open wet meadows.
