Littleleaf boxwood (Buxus microphylla) is an evergreen ornamental shrub belonging to the Buxaceae family. It is highly valued in horticulture for its dense, fine-textured foliage and its exceptional ability to withstand shearing, making it a staple choice for topiary art and formal garden designs.

The plant originates from East Asia, specifically Japan, Taiwan, and China.
