Festulolium is a high-performance intergeneric hybrid created by crossing ryegrass (Lolium) and fescue (Festuca). Belonging to the Poaceae family, this grass captures the best genetic traits of both parents: the rapid growth and high sugar content of ryegrass, combined with the extreme persistence, cold tolerance, and drought resistance characteristic of fescue.
