The portal's reference section is built on open data. Below are the sources and the terms we use them under.

Varieties and crops

• CPVO and UPOV — registers of protected plant varieties.
• The State Register of Plant Varieties Suitable for Dissemination in Ukraine.

Diseases, pests, weeds

• EPPO Global Database (Open Data) — Latin names, taxonomy, synonyms.
• GBIF — organism photographs from open scientific collections.

Active substances and nutrients

• EU Pesticides Database (CC BY 4.0) — approval status of active substances in the EU.
• PubChem — structural formulas and chemical properties.

Geography

• GeoNames (CC BY 4.0) — countries, regions and cities.

Prices and availability

Prices belong to the selling shops and are collected from their websites — see "How we collect prices". The portal is not a seller and does not accept payments for goods.

Reference descriptions and translations are partly produced with language models and reviewed by our editors. If you spot an error, tell us via the feedback form.
