Help and FAQ
Finding a variety or product
Start with the search box in the header — it suggests products, crops, diseases and pests as you type. To search by attributes, open the catalogue and narrow it down with filters: crop, manufacturer, active substance, purpose, price.
What the reference sections mean
Crops, varieties, diseases, pests, weeds, active substances and nutrients are linked to each other and to products. From a disease page you can jump to the products used against it; from a crop page — to its varieties and products.
Comparison and favourites
Add a product to favourites (heart icon) or to comparison (scales icon) straight from its card. Comparison puts specifications and prices side by side. If you are signed in, both lists are saved and available on any device.
Where prices come from and why they change
Prices are collected from shop websites and each one shows when it was last checked. Details: "How we collect prices".
Why a product says "out of stock"
It means the shop page marks it as unavailable or "price on request". Such offers are hidden from the "where to buy" list so you don't follow a dead link.
Language, region and currency
The button in the header opens the choice of country, interface language and price currency. Your choice is remembered; for signed-in users it lives in the profile.
