• Processing: The variety's universal nature makes it suitable for preserves, purees, and fruit sauces. The soft flesh breaks down quickly during cooking, which optimizes processing time in large batches.
• Harvesting Operations: With a yield of up to 60 kg per tree, the manageable height allows for efficient manual harvesting without the need for specialized tall-reach equipment, significantly reducing labor costs.
