KAMSKAYA

The Kamskaya apple tree is a medium-sized tree with a dense, widely rounded crown, reaching a height of about 5 meters. The tree's shoots are thin, straight, brownish-purple in color, and covered with fine hairs, while the leaves are small, wide, green, and matte with delicate venation. This variety belongs to the early-summer ripening period and is characterized by winter hardiness, moderate drought tolerance, and heat tolerance. Fruiting begins on the 5th-6th year after grafting and is characterized by irregular bearing. The tree is moderately affected by pests such as scab, codling moth, and leaf beetle.

Kamskaya apple fruits are small, below average size, with a round, slightly flattened shape and a smooth, weakly ribbed surface. The average fruit weight is about 61 grams, with a maximum of up to 86 grams. Apples are suitable for fresh consumption as well as for processing into compotes and jams. Fruits can be stored for one month.
