The Vostorg apple variety is a columnar tree with a compact and dense crown, which facilitates care and ensures good lighting for all branches. This variety features medium height and high winter hardiness, allowing it to be successfully grown in various climatic conditions. Vostorg possesses immunity against scab and resistance to fungal diseases, including sooty blotch, which significantly reduces the need for treatments and simplifies plant care.

Vostorg apple fruits have a conical or round shape, are colored in yellow-green tones with a blush, and weigh about 170 grams. The apples have a sweet-sour, balanced taste, making them versatile for fresh consumption and processing. The chemical composition of the fruits includes 13.4% soluble dry matter, 11.2% sugars, and 1.0% titratable acids, ensuring a pleasant taste and good fruit quality.

The variety belongs to late-autumn and winter maturity periods, with a harvest-ready stage in mid-September and full ripening by late September to early October. Yield on dwarf rootstock reaches 44.8 tons per hectare, indicating the high productivity of the variety.
