Leaves are large and green, and the cucumbers have an elongated-cylindrical shape with a characteristic neck, smooth surface, and sparse white hairs. Fruit color varies from light green to dark green with very short stripes. Average cucumber length is 30-32 cm, and weight ranges from 350 to 420 grams, making them attractive for salad use. The "Demarraj" hybrid is characterized by high yield and marketability. Under light cultivation, yield reaches 31.1 kg per square meter, and in winter-spring rotation — about 30 kg per square meter. Fruit marketability is 97%, and taste rating reaches 5 points, indicating high quality and excellent flavor. Dry matter content in fruits is 3.6%, and sugar content — 1.6%, which gives cucumbers a pleasant taste and good texture. A distinctive feature of this variety is its high resistance to various adverse conditions. The hybrid shows stress tolerance to substrate temperature fluctuations and high humidity under low light conditions, making it a reliable choice for various climatic conditions. Additionally, the variety is resistant to diseases such as cladosporiosis and powdery mildew, reducing the need for frequent protective treatments.
