F1 Fox — a high-yielding, mid-season, bee-pollinated hybrid with mixed flowering. Can be used as a main hybrid or as a pollinator. Strong-growing, with medium or above-average branching. Green fruits 15-17 cm long, white, complex, sparse pubescence. Resistant to olive spot, common cucumber mosaic virus, tolerant to root rots. In F1 Fox, male flowers dominate on the main stem. The first node on lateral branches of the first order is female. According to studies conducted at the SPC 'Sorovnovenie' in 2000, 40% of lateral branches in the first three nodes showed sex expression ♀, ♂, ♀; 60% showed ♀, ♂, ♂. On pinched lateral branches of the first order, determinate lateral branches of the second order may form, with the first node typically female. Lateral branches should be pinched at the middle section of the main stem by 2-3 leaves, and at the upper section — by 3-5 leaves.
