GREEN LEGION

Green Legion is a parthenocarpic cucumber hybrid intended for cultivation in spring greenhouses, tunnels, as well as in open and covered ground. It exhibits high adaptability to adverse weather conditions and can successfully bear fruit under unstable air and soil temperatures. The vegetative period is 45-50 days, allowing for early-mid harvests. Plants are strong-growing, with female flowering, compact bushes, and weak lateral branches, facilitating rapid formation and easy care.

The fruits of the Green Legion cucumber have a dark green color, length of 12-14 cm, and weight of about 100-150 g. The cucumbers are straight, nearly smooth with occasional large bumps, free of hooks and deformities. They possess an excellent flavor without bitterness, do not yellow easily, and withstand long-term storage well. The hybrid is resistant to powdery mildew, false powdery mildew, oxalic acid bacterial disease, root rots, and viral infections, ensuring stable and high yields.

The yield of this variety reaches 14-18 kg per square meter, including an early harvest of 2-3 kg/m². Green Legion is suitable for fresh consumption, canning, pickling, and processing. Due to its flavor and attractive appearance, the harvested product enjoys high market demand. The hybrid grows well and bears fruit in various climatic zones, making it a versatile choice for gardeners and farmers.
