Mozayik

Mozayik F1 Cucumber — an early-maturing parthenocarpic hybrid developed by Yuksel Seeds (Turkey). The plant features a balanced vegetative-generative growth and strong growth vigor, ensuring stable and prolonged fruiting. The first harvest can be obtained as early as 32-40 days after emergence, depending on the season. The hybrid is recommended for cultivation in polyethylene and glass greenhouses during spring and autumn cycles, and successfully adapts to southern regions of Russia and Ukraine. Mozayik F1 is characterized by high heat tolerance, sharp temperature fluctuations, and stress resistance, which helps maintain productivity even under adverse conditions. The fruits of Mozayik F1 have a proper cylindrical shape, length of 12-15 cm, and dark green color without light stripes. The skin is dense but not rough, with frequent medium-sized bumps and black spines. The cucumbers have excellent flavor without bitterness, are versatile in use — suitable for fresh salads, pickling, and salting, without developing hollows inside. Due to high transportability, the fruits retain quality during long-distance transport. The standard yield reaches 95-98%, reducing harvesting and sorting time. The Mozayik F1 hybrid has a strong root system, providing high resistance to wilting, powdery mildew, root rot, and tolerance to false powdery mildew and gall nematode. The plant is not demanding in nutrition but requires optimal nitrogen-to-potassium ratio (1:1.5) for maximum productivity. To maintain fruit quality, it is recommended to remove suckers and lower-meter leaves, and pinch suckers above 1 meter. Planting density is up to 2.5 plants per square meter. Mozayik F1 demonstrates high yield — more than 20 kg of fruit per square meter during the fruiting period, with the first three harvests exceeding market leaders' performance by 40%. Hybrid seeds are supplied in packages of 500 units and are virus-free.
