NAVRUZ

Cucumber variety NAVRUZ is a parthenocarpic hybrid intended for cultivation during spring and summer-autumn periods. Plants are strong-growing, medium-branched, forming 2-5 fruits in leaf axils, which contributes to high yield. The hybrid is suitable for cultivation both in greenhouses and in open ground under temporary plastic covers, demonstrating ecological plasticity and adaptability to various conditions.

Fruits of the NAVRUZ cucumber have a cylindrical shape, 12-14 cm long, weighing 130-150 g, and 3.5-4.0 cm in diameter. Their surface is smooth, glossy, light- or dark-green, slightly ribbed. Cucumbers of this variety have excellent taste qualities and are intended for salad use. The hybrid's early maturity is 40-45 days from germination to fruiting, enabling early and stable harvest.

The NAVRUZ variety is characterized by high resistance to main cucumber diseases, including true powdery mildew, root rot, olive spot, as well as tolerance to false powdery mildew. Such resistance ensures reliable cultivation and reduces crop losses. Recommended planting density in greenhouses is 2.5-3.0 plants per square meter, with each plant yielding 6-7 kg of fruit.
