Persei

Persey F1 is an early-maturing cucumber hybrid with a maturity period of 44-46 days, intended for cultivation in open ground. The plant is medium-height with predominantly female flowering and weak branching, ensuring ease of care and harvest. Side shoots have limited growth, promoting nutrient concentration for fruit formation. Fruits are light green, large-bump, about 9-11 cm long, with white spines, characterized by high taste quality and universal culinary use.

The Persey F1 hybrid has high yield and prolonged fruiting period, making it attractive to gardeners and farmers. The plant is relatively resistant to powdery mildew and downy mildew, reducing the need for frequent protective treatments and enhancing ecological cultivation. For successful cultivation, use light, fertile soils with neutral reaction and high humus and nutrient content.

Persey F1 can be grown both as seedlings and without seedlings. Seeds are sown at a depth of 2-4 cm; germination begins at soil temperatures of 12-13°С, and seedlings emerge in about 10 days at 17-20°С. Seedlings are transplanted to their permanent location at 15-25 days of age, when they have 2-3 true leaves. Optimal temperature for growth and fruiting is 25-30°С during the day and 15-18°С at night. The plant requires adequate moisture, especially during germination, vigorous growth, and fruit formation, as well as well-lit areas for maximum productivity.
