The fruits of the Sebastian cucumber are 8-11 cm long, 3.5-4 cm in diameter, and weigh 90-100 grams. The fruits are medium-ribbed, white-stemmed, dark green with short white stripes. The flesh is tender, juicy, and slightly sweet, making this variety especially valuable for fresh consumption, as well as for pickling and canning. The versatile use of the fruits allows for dietary diversity and preserves the beneficial properties of the vegetable.
