The leaves are long, dark green, with a light waxy coating, possess a strong aroma, and are juicy and tender in taste.

This variety is valued for its rapid regrowth of greens after cutting, which allows obtaining several harvests per season. The mass of one plant at harvest for greens is 20-25 grams, and for spice collection - 50-55 grams. Thanks to its taste qualities and aroma, dill Emperor is widely used in cooking for preparing various dishes, and also finds application in folk medicine and pharmacy.
