Zelena Dolina

Coriander variety "Zelena Dolina" is a high-yielding, early-maturing annual plant with strong rosettes of dense, juicy greenery of deep green color with a bluish tint. The plant height reaches 40-50 cm, the vegetation period is 31 to 45 days until harvest, allowing for quick fresh produce. Leaves have deeply divided segments and a strong aroma due to high essential oil content, making this variety especially valuable for culinary use and flavoring dishes.

The variety is resistant to adverse weather conditions and main diseases, tolerates cultivation in open ground, greenhouses, and even indoors. Coriander prefers sunny spots and does not tolerate waterlogged soil. Due to its high green mass within a short time, the plant intensely absorbs nutrients from the soil. This is a versatile variety suitable for fresh consumption, as well as for freezing, drying, and preserving. Green coriander with underripe seeds is widely used for pickling and marinating vegetables.
