Description
The flesh of the Negus eggplant is light, very tender, and simultaneously firm, possessing excellent taste qualities. Regular harvesting every 7-8 days helps prolong the vegetation period and increase yield. The yield of this variety is 35 to 70 tons per hectare, which corresponds to 3-6 kg per square meter with proper care.
To achieve maximum quality and marketability of Negus eggplant fruits, agronomic measures are essential, especially during the vegetation period. The plant requires good soil warming and regular watering, which positively affects fruit weight and quality. The early and compact Negus variety is ideal for cultivation in conditions where high yield and product quality are crucial.
