The nitrogen-lime fertilizer from OJSC "Novomoskovsk Joint-Stock Company "Azot" is a balanced nutrition source focused on increasing the productivity of cereal crops. A key feature of the preparation is the combination of ammonium and nitrate forms of nitrogen (25–35%), which ensures a prolonged effect: some nitrogen is assimilated by the plant immediately, while the rest is released gradually during the growing season.

The role of calcium and magnesium in the granule structure

Unlike simple ammonium nitrate, this composition is enriched with calcium and magnesium. In practice, this solves two critical tasks:

• Acidity correction: Calcium neutralizes the physiological acidity of nitrogen compounds, preventing acidification of the soil solution in the root zone.
• Metabolism stabilization: Magnesium is the central atom of the chlorophyll molecule, so its presence is critical for the photosynthetic apparatus of cereals, especially during the phase of intensive growth.

Application technology

The product comes in granular form, which guarantees a stable granulometric composition and ease of mechanical application. Due to its physical and chemical properties, the fertilizer is ideal for basic application (before plowing or cultivation). The 4th hazard class allows for work to be carried out in compliance with standard safety measures, ensuring high technological efficiency. The absence of phosphorus and potassium makes this product a highly specialized tool for rapid nitrogen "top-dressing" of crops, where the need for N, Ca, and Mg macronutrients is dominant.
