The construction of the "FN 1." unit is based on the concept of minimal resistance during basic agricultural operations. • Frame design: The use of low-alloy steel has allowed "FN" engineers to reduce the machine's curb weight without compromising bending strength when working with heavy or wet soils. The frame geometry is calculated to distribute stress evenly across the entire working width.
• Drive mechanism: The torque transmission unit is built with shock load protection. This is critical if foreign objects enter the working area—shear bolts or friction clutches (depending on the configuration) effectively prevent critical transmission wear.
• Adjustment systems: Depth control and working angle adjustment mechanisms feature anti-corrosion coatings, simplifying field maintenance and preventing seizure during the off-season.

The practical advantage of this design is the minimization of downtime. The "FN" equipment is designed as a repairable system: access to lubrication points and key friction components is organized for standard toolkits, allowing basic maintenance to be performed by the operator directly in the field.
