Engineering Design of Forte MT-

The core of the Forte MT- is built upon a heavy-duty frame architecture designed to handle significant torsional stress. A key feature is the optimal balance between weight and tractive effort. The robust chassis ensures sufficient ground pressure for plowing virgin soil, preventing wheel slippage and maintaining consistent performance even in challenging terrain.

Transmission and Clutch System

At the heart of the machinery lies a multi-speed gearbox with a low-range reduction. This gear ratio selection allows the operator to choose the ideal torque output for both heavy transport tasks and precision fieldwork like inter-row cultivation. The dry-type reinforced clutch features an enlarged disc diameter, which minimizes slipping under peak loads and is specifically engineered to endure high-dust environments.

Implements and Hydraulic System

The rear power take-off (PTO) shaft and the three-point hitch system provide universal compatibility with a wide range of active and passive attachments. The hydraulic system includes a double-acting cylinder, which not only lifts equipment but also provides forced down-pressure, essential for penetrating compacted clay soils. The accessible design of maintenance points—such as oil filters, lubrication nipples, and fuel lines—ensures that routine servicing can be performed efficiently without specialized tools.
