"Kazbek" is a perennial herb with a life cycle that allows a single field to be used for 8–10 years. The plant height reaches 120–140 cm, ensuring excellent green mass yields of 40–50 t/ha. The main value of the variety lies in its quality indicators: protein content in the green mass reaches 20–22%, making it one of the strongest competitors to traditional alfalfa crops.

• Long-term pasture management: Due to its rapid regrowth in early spring, "Kazbek" allows for early grazing when other grasses are still in the active growth phase.
• High-protein fodder production: The variety is perfect for haylage and silage. A high protein percentage significantly reduces expenditures on purchased protein additives during the winter period.
