Engine and Transmission: The Mechanics of Power

At the core of the Zirka GT75 lies a 7 HP gasoline engine with an Overhead Valve (OHV) configuration. This design improves airflow and fuel combustion efficiency, delivering consistent torque at lower RPMs. Practically, this ensures the engine does not stall under load when encountering dense soil or thick roots.

The Gearbox: Precision in the Field

Unlike belt-driven units, this model utilizes a heavy-duty cast-iron gear reduction box. The cast iron provides high structural rigidity and acts as a heat sink, preventing the transmission from overheating during prolonged tilling. Direct gear-to-gear power transfer eliminates slippage and energy loss. Furthermore, the fully sealed transmission housing ensures that dust, grit, and moisture—the primary enemies of drive systems—are kept out, significantly extending the service life of internal bearings and gears.

Operational Efficiency

• Adjustable Steering Column: The handlebar is fully adjustable for both height and angle. This allows the operator to steer from the side, preventing them from stepping on and re-compacting freshly tilled soil.
• Versatile Attachment Interface: The standard hitch design ensures compatibility with a wide range of agricultural implements, from plows to potato diggers, transforming the unit into a multi-purpose workhorse.
• Transmission Versatility: With two forward gears and one reverse gear, the user can match the speed to the specific task. The low gear provides maximum torque for deep plowing, while the high gear is optimized for efficient cultivation or transport.
