The core of the Zirka IZ105 is an air-cooled diesel engine, engineered for high torque at low RPMs. This is vital for heavy soil cultivation, as it allows the machine to maintain traction in virgin soil where gasoline-powered engines often lose power. The direct drive via a multi-plate oil-bath clutch minimizes energy loss and ensures smooth gear engagement, protecting the gearbox from impact stress.
This model utilizes a heavy-duty gear drive system, eliminating the belt slippage issues common in entry-level machinery. The cast-iron gearbox housing serves a dual purpose: dampening engine vibration and providing the necessary weight to assist the tiller blades in soil penetration.
