The sprayer boom is equipped with a stabilization mechanism that compensates for vibrations when working on uneven fields. The fluid supply system includes a distributor with section-shutoff functionality, allowing for minimized overlapping when treating fields with complex geometric shapes. Using ceramic or polymer nozzles ensures high accuracy of the spray pattern.

Application in Agricultural Operations

Trailed OP models with boom widths from 12 to 24 meters are an optimal solution for farms with arable land from 100 to 1000 hectares. These units effectively operate on small grains, corn, sunflowers, and sugar beets. In the spring, they are used for herbicidal treatment of seedlings; in the summer, they are essential for insecticidal protection and micro-fertilizer application. The boom construction allows for treatment both at low crop heights and in late growth stages.

Chassis and Coupling

For trailed OP versions, track width adjustment (typically from 1400 to 2100 mm) is critical, allowing the machinery to adapt to the row spacing of various crops. These sprayers are compatible with tractors of the 0.9–1.4 traction class. The frame is constructed from structural steel with an anti-corrosion powder coating, which is essential when dealing with aggressive chemical environments. Mounted models, meanwhile, offer superior maneuverability and are well-suited for smaller field plots.

Maintenance and Reliability

System reliability depends on the timely cleaning of filters (suction, pressure, and line filters) after every shift. Particular attention must be paid to the condition of the pump membranes, as wear leads to pressure drops and uneven application. Regular calibration of nozzles using a measuring cup and a test pass across the field is a mandatory protocol that prevents overconsumption of expensive plant protection products. The tank rinsing system allows for quick switches between different chemical agents without the risk of phytotoxicity for subsequent crops.
