CRIMSON CURLED PARSLEY

Parsley of the "Crimson Curled" variety is an early-maturing variety with lush, curly, highly ruffled and lace-like leaves of dark green color. The leaf rosette is semi-erect with a long and sturdy petiole. This variety is distinguished by rapid green mass growth and high yield, reaching 2.7-3.2 kg/m² with proper agronomy. The first harvest can be taken as early as 55-60 days after germination, when rosettes reach a height of 20-22 cm and a mass of 100-130 g. After cutting, the greens recover quickly, returning to their original size in about 27-30 days.

"Crimson Curled" has a high content of vitamin C and carotene, making it not only beautiful but also a beneficial addition to any dishes. Thanks to its decorative nature, the lush parsley bushes adorn beds, flowerbeds, and culinary compositions beautifully. The plants are undemanding, frost-hardy, and easily withstand moisture excess, which facilitates care and increases resistance to adverse conditions.

Cultivation is possible both by direct sowing into the ground and by seedling method. To obtain an earlier harvest, sowing dry seeds in late October – early November is recommended. Before sowing, it is desirable to soak the seeds in warm water for a day with several water changes. Care of the crops includes regular watering, thinning at the stage of two-three true leaves, fighting weeds, and feeding with mineral fertilizers with a predominance of nitrogen.
