Fidelio

Fidelio parsley variety from Enza Zaden is a high-yielding, mid-season leafy parsley with rapid growth and versatility for cultivation in open and protected soil throughout the year. Plants form large, smooth, moderately lobed dark green glossy leaves with a strong pleasant aroma, making them popular for fresh consumption, drying, and processing. Seeds are small, with 700-900 seeds per gram, and the sowing rate is 0.6-1 gram per square meter.
