SAVRASKA

Savraska is an early-maturing variety of leaf parsley, characterized by a vertical leaf rosette height of up to 25-30 cm. The leaves of this variety are curly, of medium length, triangular in shape with moderate edge waviness. The petiole is short and of medium thickness, without anthocyanin, which gives the plant a neat appearance. The greens are distinguished by good aroma, which makes them popular both fresh and dried for culinary use as a spice.

The plant is annual or biennial, belongs to the carrot family, with a fleshy, taproot and cylindrical root. The foliage of the Savraska variety is very dense, which contributes to high yield and good recovery of greens after cutting. The mass of greens of one plant varies from 37 to 75 grams, and the yield reaches 1.9–3.6 kg from one square meter, which makes this variety attractive for garden and vegetable growing.
