Description
The plants of this hybrid are characterized by high stature, lodging resistance, and medium-early maturity. Chevy CL has high thousand-grain weight and is distinguished by high oil content, enhancing its economic value. Additionally, the hybrid shows very high resistance to pod cracking, expanding harvesting opportunities and reducing losses during storage. Active recovery and rapid biomass accumulation contribute to effective soil surface coverage, reducing non-productive water evaporation.
A key feature of Chevy CL is balanced development, avoiding excessive elongation of the growing point, which is especially important under late frosts. The hybrid responds well to the application of morphoregulators in the autumn period, allowing optimization of plant growth and development. High lodging and pod cracking resistance, along with high winter hardiness, make Chevy CL a versatile and reliable hybrid for cultivation in short-rotation crop rotations with high rapeseed content.
