Description
KWS Kirill CL is a mid-early winter rape hybrid from the KWS selection, developed for Clearfield cultivation technology. It is characterized by rapid autumn development, early flowering, and high ability for spring recovery, which allows efficient use of moisture and contributes to high yield. The hybrid's yield potential reaches 55-60 ц/га, with oil content exceeding 45%, making it attractive for producing high-quality raw materials.
The hybrid is distinguished by high resistance to lodging, pod shattering, and drought, as well as good winter hardiness. It demonstrates high resistance to phoma, including the new RLM 7 generation, and medium resistance to alternaria, verticillium, and white spot. Thanks to intensive branching and good compensatory ability, plants maintain productivity even at medium and late sowing dates. The recommended sowing rate is 400-500 thousand seeds per hectare.
KWS Kirill CL is suitable for cultivation in various climate zones of Ukraine, including Polesie, Forest-Steppe, and Steppe. Its high technogenicity and ease in weed control make the hybrid convenient for agrarians using the Clearfield system. Glucosinolate content is at the level of 17-18 µmol/г, which corresponds to quality standards. This hybrid combines high productivity, resistance to adverse conditions and diseases, ensuring a stable and quality crop.
