Description
The strawberry variety "Founded Good" is distinguished by its early ripening period and high yield. The berries of this variety are quite large, with a mass of the first harvest up to 30 grams and an average mass of about 10 grams. They have a bright red skin and tender pulp of medium density with a very good dessert taste, which makes them attractive to consumers. The shape of the berries is obtuse-conical with a weakly expressed neck, and numerous seeds.
The bushes of the variety are of medium size, semi-spreading with horizontal leaf placement. The leaves are bright green, glossy, with an oval median lobe and pubescence underneath. The plant forms numerous runners and a moderate number of rosettes. The flowers are large with numerous stamens, the peduncles are thick and located below the level of the leaves, and the inflorescences are multi-flowered.
The variety "Founded Good" is distinguished by increased resistance to diseases, in particular, it is not affected by gray mold and has minimal infection with blotch.
