Neptune soybean variety is a late-maturing agricultural crop with high yield potential, reaching 4.0–4.2 t/ha. This variety is recommended for planting in various climatic zones, including the Polissian, forest-steppe, and steppe regions, and adapts well to different soil types. Due to its drought tolerance and resistance to adverse conditions, "Neptune" demonstrates stable yield performance even under challenging climatic conditions.

Neptune soybean is distinguished by its high content of beneficial substances: the seeds contain approximately 41% protein and 21.5% oil, making this variety valuable for producing food and feed products. The vegetative period is approximately 120 days, and the plants reach a height of 70–90 cm with the lower pod attachment height around 13 cm. The average weight of 1000 seeds ranges from 220 to 235 grams, indicating large seed size and high seed quality.

The breeder of this variety is the Canadian company Sevita Genetics, which ensures high-quality seed material. Neptune soybean is resistant to numerous diseases, further enhancing its appeal to farmers. Seeds are packaged in 50 kg bags and large packages of 1000 kg, which is convenient for various scales of agricultural production.
